The Future for Yaoi Playground

Greetings and Salutations my fellow fujoshi and welcome to all fudanshi, as my month long hiatus (with the exception of Valentines Day) comes to a close I have been thinking about the future of this blog. Which through this month has also passed the one year mark.

Yes! I made it, a whole year of blogging!!

There will be a few noticeable changes in the coming months with this blog, but don’t worry Mistress is not going any where. I want this blog to become more yaoi focus which I suppose I have stated before. What this means exactly is that I will be focusing more on yaoi and boys love reviews and other yaoi based posts other than just anime reviews and opinion pieces.

These non yaoi / boys love anime posts will not be stopping they will just be less frequent and you will notice more manga / webtoon / manhwa reviews in the future.

I have been a lover of yaoi for over a decade now and I can tell you the landscape of the fandom has changed so much since I first watched Gravitation all those years ago. I want to use this blog to explore this shift in fandom and I hope you guys enjoy reading this continuing journey into my fandom of choice as much as I enjoy writing about it.
